Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Accelory ("we", "our", or "us"), including the Seto platform (useseto.com) and accelory.net (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Accelory.

2. Definitions

• "Account" means your registered user account on any Accelory Service.
• "Content" means any data, text, images, or other materials you upload, submit, or create through our Services.
• "Event Data" means guest lists, seating arrangements, invitations, check-in records, and other event-related information managed through Seto.
• "Subscription" means a paid plan that provides access to premium features.
• "Team" means a group of users sharing access to events within a single organisation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@accelory.net if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.3 Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

4. Use of Services

4.1 Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our Services for your internal business or personal event management purposes.

4.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks connected to the Services.
• Resell, sublicence, or redistribute the Services without written permission.
• Interfere with the operation of the Services or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services without prior consent.

4.3 API Usage

Access to Seto's API is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as defined in your Subscription plan. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

5.1 Plans

We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Features and limits are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance.
• Prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• You authorise us to charge your designated payment method for recurring subscription fees.

5.3 Free Trial

Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe or your account will revert to the Free plan.

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

5.5 Price Changes

We may change Subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. Existing annual subscriptions are not affected until renewal.

6. Your Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the Content you upload or create through our Services. We do not claim ownership of your Content.

6.2 Licence to Us

You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. This licence terminates when you delete your Content or close your account.

6.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the Content you create, upload, or share through our Services, including guest personal data. You represent that you have the necessary rights and consents to upload and process such Content.

7. Data Processing

When you use Seto to manage event guest data, you act as a Data Controller and we act as a Data Processor under applicable data protection law. Our Data Processing Agreement (available upon request) governs this relationship.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services — including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation — belong to Accelory. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our brand, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.

9. Availability and Support

9.1 Uptime

We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

9.2 Support

• Free plan: Community support via documentation.
• Pro plan: Priority email support with a target response time of 24 hours.
• Enterprise plan: Dedicated account manager and 24/7 support as defined in your service agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• We are not liable for any actions taken by event guests, attendees, or other third parties.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Accelory harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@accelory.net or through your account settings.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
